Refund policy

This policy applies to orders placed at oldebells.com from Ye Olde Bells. It does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

30-day returns

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Items must be complete (vessel, base, glass mouthpiece, stopper, and accessories) and in the condition you received them. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of sets that have been used, unless the item is faulty.

How to start a return

Please contact support@oldebells.com with your order number for return instructions before sending anything back. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted. Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email support@oldebells.com photos of the item and its packaging within 7 days of delivery, together with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Do not use cracked, chipped, or damaged ceramic or glass.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Exchanges

If you would like a replacement for a damaged or defective item, contact us and we will arrange it.

Order cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, the returns process above applies.
